Replacement/Refund 

If an order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please message us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a prompt and suitable solution.

 

Shipping/Delivery Issue

Tracking information is emailed when when an order is shipped. If an order is late and tracking does not provide any updates, it may have been lost in transit or delayed due to weather for example. Please message us. We are happy to look into this for you and reship if necessary.
